These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Shop Drawer website and any associated services. By placing an order or browsing our store, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Shop Drawer, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Shop Drawer. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone else who accesses or uses our services.

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. Continued use of the site after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will note the effective date at the top of this page whenever updates are made.

You must be at least 18 years old — or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction — to place an order on Shop Drawer. By using our services you represent that you meet this requirement.

Products & Pricing

All prices displayed on Shop Drawer are in United States Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes that may be assessed by your country or region upon delivery. Such charges, if applicable, are the customer's sole responsibility.

We source products from third-party suppliers and marketplaces. While we take care to ensure product information is accurate, we do not warrant that descriptions, images, specifications, or availability are complete, current, or error-free.

Shop Drawer reserves the right to change prices at any time and without prior notice. The price charged for an order will be the price shown at the time you complete checkout. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors — including cancelling orders placed at an incorrect price — and will notify you promptly if this affects your order.

Order Process

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an explicit order confirmation from us by email. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason, including unavailability of stock or suspected fraudulent activity.

Payment methods: Shop Drawer accepts payment via Payoneer and direct bank transfer. Full payment is required before your order is processed. For bank transfers, processing begins only after funds have cleared in our account, which may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank.

Order cancellation: You may cancel an order at no charge at any time before it has been dispatched for shipping. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@storeroyce.com with your order number. Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation and must instead go through our returns process.

Shipping

Shop Drawer ships internationally. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.

The shipping tier available for your order depends on the product source and destination country. The applicable tier and estimated timeframe will be shown clearly at checkout before you confirm payment.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with every purchase. If you are not, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused and in the same condition in which they were received.
  • In the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).
  • Not marked as a final-sale or non-returnable item at the time of purchase.

Items that do not meet these conditions — including items showing signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or items returned outside the 30-day window — will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

To begin a return, email support@storeroyce.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond with return instructions within 2 business days. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. We will confirm by email once your refund has been processed.

Intellectual Property

All content on Shop Drawer — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, product descriptions, images, page layouts, software, and written copy — is the property of Shop Drawer or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Shop Drawer content without our prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial use of content solely for browsing the store is permitted.

Product images and descriptions sourced from third-party platforms (Amazon, eBay, AliExpress) remain the property of their respective rights holders.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Shop Drawer and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services — including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Shop Drawer or any order placed through the site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service that gave rise to the claim.

Shop Drawer makes no warranty, express or implied, that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The site and all products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or your use of Shop Drawer shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with rules mutually agreed upon in writing. Nothing in this clause limits our right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
